BY A STAFF REPORTER: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah joined the protests of Karnataka against the central government over alleged financial injustice in Delhi's Jantar Mantar on 7th February.

The Congress MPs and MLAs of Karnataka along with Siddaramaiah are staging a large-scale protest against the 15th Finance Commission and Center's policies concerning tax devolution and revenue to the state.

Furthermore, CM Siddaramaiah has stated that Karnataka's share in tax devolution has been reduced from 4.71% to 3.64%, this has allegedly caused a loss of Rs. 62,098 crores in taxes to the state.
