Delhi: Speaking on the future of technology in real estate, CBRE’s Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Sandeep Davé, shed light on the potential of generative AI in transforming the sector. "When we talk about generative AI, it's really a productive tool," Davé remarked, pointing out that there are numerous inefficiencies in current real estate practices, particularly due to the industry's document-intensive and manual nature.
According to Davé, the most significant factor in unlocking the potential of AI in real estate lies in the underlying data. "Any of the technologies can only communicate something or tell a story based on the quality and accessibility of the data," he said.
By streamlining operations and improving decision-making through data-driven insights, AI is poised to reshape how the real estate industry functions, making processes faster, more efficient, and ultimately more productive.
