Balasore fall out: Railway transfers GM, member Railway board

The General Manager of South Eastern Railway, Archana Joshi and Member Signalling, Railway Board, have been transferred. According to senior officials of the Railway ministry, the transfers are a fall out of the train tragedy in Balasore.
