Former Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik is elected Leader of the Opposition and leader of the Biju Legislative Party. He appointed Prasanna Acharya as Deputy Leader, Pramila Mallik as Chief Whip, and Pratap Keshari Deb as Deputy Chief Whip.
