Bhoot chaturdshi

Bhoot Chaturdashi, celebrated on the Chaturdashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha in Kartik, is a special festival in West Bengal and Bengali-speaking regions which involves lighting 14 lamps and consuming 14 vegetables to honor departed ancestors.
