West Ham frustrated by Declan Rice delay

East London side West Ham United are growing increasingly frustated with delay being caused due to Declan Rice. The deal is being agreed but not signed yet. According to reports, the delay is being caused due to holding up of paperwork by Arsenal lawyers. Rice has successfully passed his medicals and is also practicing in Portugal. Arsenal are hopeful of completing his transfer before the squad is scheduled to go to USA for transfer.
