Merseyside based club Liverpool has made their second signing of the transfer window as they have signed Dominik Szoboszlai from German side RB Leipzig, after triggering his release clause for 60m Euros
He made his debut on 7 August 2021 against SV Sandhausen in German cup after coming on as a substitute and scored 3 minutes later. On 20 August, he scored 2 goals in Bundesliga in a 4-1 win against VFB Stuttgart. Last season he had a below average campaign, as in 31 appearances, he could muster only 6 goals. However he helped cemented Leipzigs victory against Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB Pokal final. He also scored the 3rd  goal in a surprise win against Bayedn Munich at Allianz Arena. After his signing he has become Liverpools 3rd most expensive player, and will also achieve the feat of being the 3red Hungarian to play for the club after Istvàn Kozma and Adam Bogdan.
