Levi Colwill signs Chelsea contract extension

Chelsea have secured academy graduate Levi Colwill for 6 more years as he has signed a contract extension, keeping him at the club till 2029. Last season he had gone to fellow Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion and helped them to qualify for Europe. According to reports, they were trying to get him on a permanent basis and had also scheduled talks with Chelsea, however they declined. Liverpool were also interested, but Chelsea rejected them also as the West London side are interested in keeping him. He has now gone to USA with his teammates for Summer Series
