BY A STAFF REPORTER: Former Indian leg spinner Harbhajan Singh has expressed his opinion on the exclusion of Yuzvendra Chahal from the Asia Cup squad. The veteran leg-spinner could not make it to the tournament as the Indian team management gave priority to Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel. The 33-year-old has been in the team and sometimes out of the team for the last two years. He was part of the T20 World Cup squad last year, but did not play a single match at Down Under as India were knocked out of the tournament in the semi-finals. Harbhajan feels Chahal is India's best spinner in white-ball cricket.

"One thing the team lacks is the absence of Yuzvendra Chahal. A leg-spinner can turn the game around. If you talk about real spinners, I don't think there is a better spinner in India than Chahal in white-ball cricket. His last few games weren't good, but that doesn't make him a bad bowler. "
