Horrible refereeing in Mohun Bagan versus Mumbai FC match

By A Staff Reporter: Extremely poor refereeing marred the Durand Cup quarterfinal match between Mohun Bagan Super Giants and Mumbai FC.

The referee was just yards away but could not spot a Mumbai FC handball, a clear foul on a Mumbai FC player was overlooked and instead he was booked with a yellow card. Football experts believe that if Durand Cup or Indian football has to improve then there is an urgent need to improve the quality of referees or get foreign referees for the matches.
