Declan Rice  has officially become the second most expensive player ever to be brought by an english Club after Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea.  His transfer has now officially been rubber stamped by the North London side. The Gunners had to battle it out against Manchester City, as they were also interested in his services. His estimated transfer cost is 105m Pound sterling. His transfer is a part of Mickel Arteras plan to bolster the squad and again challenge for the title. Even since being released by Chelsea academy, he has been with West Ham United. He has played 250 games and scored 15 goals, and was awarded Conference League player of the season last season and also the player of the season award. He also led West Ham to Conference League title, their first title after 43 years.
