Declan Rice to Arsenal near?

West Ham stalwart Declan rice is expected to join Arsenal by this week as both clubs have struck a deal of 100m Euros with 5m Euros add ons. A suitable payment structure has been agreed between 2 clubs in which Arsenal will pay 3 installments in 24 months. Manchester City were also in the contention to sign him, but West ham rejected their bid. Even Arsenal had 2 bids rejected. However in an effort to bolster their midfielder and bring more stability, they decided to put in a 3rd bid and West Ham agreed. He has been given permission to undergo medicals at Arsenal.
