Chelsea sign Lesley Ugochukwu

Chelsea are rebuilding their squad, and as a part of this rebuilding have signed youngster Lesley Ugochukwu from French side Rennes for 27/28m Euros. It is reported that Chelsea may send the youngster on loan at Strasbourg in order for him to gain experience and develop. He has come up the academy ranks at Rennes and has made 60 appearences for them, including 35 last season. He also has 6 caps for France U19. Whether he will go on loan or stay at Chelsea will depend on head coach Mauricio Pochettino. He is a youngster, and can be an asset if he can be managed properly.
