Fulham sign Calvin Bassey

In order to build on their fantastic campaign and bolster the squad, Fulham have acquired defender Calvin Bassey from Dutch supergiants Ajax Fc. He has signed a 4 years deal, which will keep him at the club till summer of 2027, with the option of extending it to a furthur 12 months. The move will be completed after an international clearance, which it will receive next week. Fulham director Tony Khan expressed his delight after the transfer by exclaiming he was a top target for Fulham and he was happy for him committing  long term to Fulham and he, along with others are excited to watch his progress. He had come through the ranks at Leicester before joining Rangers in 2020 and had won a league title and reached Champions League Final before joining Ajax for 23 Euros. He leaves the dutch club having made 39 appearences with a goal and 5 assists. The transfer fees is expected to be 22.5m Euros.
