West Bengal: PM Modi Unveils Projects Worth Rs. 4,500 Cr In Siliguri

During his third visit to West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of multiple developmental projects worth Rs 4,500 crores in Bengal's Siliguri on 9th March, Saturday.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: During his third visit to West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of multiple developmental projects worth Rs 4,500 crores in Bengal's Siliguri on 9th March, Saturday.

Moreover, he was facilitated by Union Minister Nisith Pramanik during the event. Governor of West Bengal, CV Ananda Bose also attended the program. The projects aim to foster growth in various sectors of the state.

PM Modi also visited Assam's Jorhat, Kaziranga National Park, and Arunachal Pradesh's Itanagar to inaugurate significant developmental projects there. 

Furthermore, this is PM Modi's third visit to West Bengal in the month. Earlier, he spent two days in Bengal from 1st March to 2nd March. Subsequently, he visited West Bengal to inaugurate India's first underwater metro on 6th March in Kolkata.
