Furthermore, Kejriwal argued that the country is under dictatorship and that democracy, along with other institutions, is being trampled. Moreover, Kejriwal hailed SC's decision, emphasizing that it holds a lot of significance for democracy. He also termed this as a major victory for the INDIA Alliance. Kejriwal stated that BJP can be defeated with unity, good planning, strategy, and hard work.

This comes after the Supreme Court today ruled in favor of AAP candidate Kuldeep Kumar, declaring him as the validly elected candidate for the post of Mayor in Chandigarh Municipal Corporation.
