Vande Bharat's hattrick! First in North East

By A Staff Reporter :  After the launch of Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express Another new route is about to start service.Trial run of Vande Bharat Express on New Jalpaiguri-Guwahati route completed on Sunday. West Bengal will get the third Vande Bharat Express after starting service.It will be number 17 in the country.Notably, this will be the first Vande Bharat Express for North East India.On Sunday at 6:10 am, the train left for Guwahati from New Jalpaiguri station.Crossed Dhupaguri station at 6.51 am.If everything goes well, the service can be started commercially from 24th of this month.Service available 6 days a week.The speed will be 130 kilometers per hour.According to the railway sources, the train will cover 410 km in just 6 hours.Although the fare of the train or at which stops the semi-high speed train will stop in detail has not been informed by the railway.
