UP CM Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates CATS-UPSIC Software and Mobile App

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Inaugurated the Complaint and Appeal Tracking System- Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission (CATS-UPSIC)'s portal and mobile app in Lucknow on Friday, 5th January.

The CATS-UPSIC's portal and mobile app aim to facilitate e-filling and online hearing of complaints along with second appeals for the residents of Uttar Pradesh.

The portal and mobile app will help to store records of applicants' complaints and appeals online. This will streamline the process of finding existing complaints' records and their crucial details including the filing number, parties involved, and many more.

Reportedly, the portal would have the facility for the public to file complaints, second appeals, interim applications, reinstatement applications, and duplicate applications online.
