BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray on Friday sent an Invitation to President Droupadi Murmu to attend the Aarti at Nashik's Kalaram Temple on 22nd January.

To commemorate the Ram Temple inauguration ceremony, Thackeray along with the party leaders will be leading a Maha-Aarti at the Kalaram Temple on the consecration day. Situated on the banks of the Godavari River, the temple is dedicated to Lord Ram as he along with his wife Sita and brother Laxman resided in Panchavati during his exile. Moreover, it is significantly popular for the protests staged by Dr. BR Ambedkar for the entry of Dalits into the Temple.

On the same day, the Ram Temple consecration ceremony will be organized in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Many prominent personalities have been invited to the ceremony. However, Uddhav hasn't received any notification yet.
