Tripura: CM Announces Increase in MLA Area Development Fund
Manik Saha, Tripura's Chief Minister, on Friday, 5th January, announced a rise in the budget allocated for the MLA Area Development Fund on the first day of the Tripura Legislative Assembly session.
BY A STAFF REPORTER: Manik Saha, Tripura's Chief Minister, on Friday, 5th January, announced a rise in the budget allocated for the MLA Area Development Fund on the first day of the Tripura Legislative Assembly session.
The amount of money allocated for the MLA Area Development Fund has been raised from Rs. 50 Lakhs to Rs. 75 Lakhs. Further, overall financial expenditure for the state's 60 MLAs will boost from Rs. 30 crores to Rs. 45 crores in this scheme which will come into effect in the financial year 2024-25.
