TMC Set To Stage Protest Rally Against Suvendu Adhikari

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, the Trinamool Congress on Friday summoned a protest rally against West Bengal LoP and BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari on March 16, Saturday in West Bengal. 

The move comes after Suvendu Adhikari passed remarks on Mamata Banerjee's latest head injury during a public rally. Taking it to their X handle, the TMC slammed Suvendu Adhikari and remarked him as a 'misogynist'. It further argued that Suvendu Adhikari has crossed all limits of decency by mocking Banerjee. Moreover, the TMC also demanded an apology from the LoP for his remarks.

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee suffered head injuries on March 14. She was subsequently admitted to Kolkata's SSKM hospital and received medical treatment. According to officials, Mamata Banerjee tumbled due to dizziness at her Kalighat home.
