They Released A Jumla Patra: Atishi's Jibe At BJP's Sankalp Patra

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Shortly after BJP's manifesto release, Delhi Minister and AAP leader Atishi on Sunday came heavily upon the BJP by terming their manifesto as a 'jumla patra' and accusing them of not fulfilling any promises.

Atishi stated that the BJP has issued a 'jumla patra' to the people of the country. She further accused the BJP of not fulfilling any promises despite running the government for 10 years. Moreover, Atishi stated that the BJP had promised the youth that 2 crore jobs would be given every year but today the country's unemployment figure is the highest in the history of this country. She claimed that the amount spent on Ayushman Bharat in the entire country is less than the health budget of Delhi. The health budget in Delhi is Rs 9000 crore, but only Rs 8000 crore has been spent on Ayushman Bharat in the entire country.

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday released their election manifesto called 'Sankalp Patra' ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. The manifesto pledged to implement UCC, One Nation One Election, and came up with other ideas for the country. Top leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi were present during the manifesto release ceremony in Delhi.
