 The event named Thai Culinary Class was hosted by the Thai Consulate General of Kolkata at the IIHM Global Campus in Saltlake. This event brought together Top Chefs from premier institutions from all over Bengal and formed the bridge between two countries- Thailand and India.

It was to make known Thai culture and cuisine and form mutual beneficial partnerships. Thailand Consulate General Madam Acharapan Yavaprapas was the gracious host of this event.
