By A Staff Reporter : T. S. Sivagnanam took oath as Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court on Thursday. The oath taking ceremony was held in the presence of Governor CV Anand Bose and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.State Opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari, Assembly Speaker Biman Banerjee, Minister Chandrima Bhattacharya, Minister Malay Ghatak, Mayor Firhad Hakim were presented there. Incidentally, after the retirement of former Chief Justice Prakash Srivastava, TS Sivajyanam took over as Acting Justice. He took oath as Chief Justice on this day.
