As the session of the state assembly began on Monday, BJP MLAs started protesting on the Dengue issue. They staged a walkout from the Assembly today. Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari also started protesting against mosquito nets. The state assembly was adjourned in front of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. However, the chief minister herself assured that the state government is making all arrangements to deal with dengue. At the same time, She said, a total of 4401 people have been infected with dengue in the state. BJP MLAs were seen holding placards.
