A special event 'Umeed 24' organized by IISWBM

By Avideep Nandi Majumdar:The e-cell of IISWBM has organised 'Umeed 24' which is an annual entrepreneur meet at their College Street campus on 23rd of February 2024.

As conveyed by Ms.Soumi Mukherjee,the Corporate Relations Head, e-cell, IISWBM has conducted 'Umeed 24',within which there are three segments, which is - Raising Smiles, Desi talk, and Kha-e-Jao.

Through 'Raising Smiles', they reach out to underprivileged part of the society. Desi talk,where five eminent entrepreneurs were been invited at the IISWBM Campus, and they had shared their experiences.Under the Kha-e-Jao segment, a food festival is organised by the students of IISWBM where they put up food stalls.

'Umeed 24' is the event organised by the students of e-cell of IISWBM, as conveyed by Archana Sharma, who is the In-charge of the e-cell. She added that it is a practical oriented training which helps students to understand the whole process of carrying out a business.
