Raebareli Will Punish Gandhi Family: UP Dy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Amid the Lok Sabha elections, Uttar Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Wednesday asserted that the people of Raebareli will punish the Gandhi family in the ongoing general elections. 

Maurya claimed that the Gandhi family had sinned by misleading the people of Amethi and Raebareli. He further maintained that the 'Yuvraj' (Rahul Gandhi) of Congress will face a defeat in Raebareli akin to the defeat suffered in Amethi during the 2019 elections.

The Rae Bareli constituency will go to polls in the fifth phase on May 20. Rahul Gandhi filed his nomination from Raebareli on May 3. He lost the Congress bastion after being defeated by Union Minister Smriti Irani in Amethi during the 2019 general elections.
