PM Modi informed Rajmata Amrita Roy that he is looking into legal measures to ensure that the money stolen from the poor in West Bengal is returned to them through whatever properties and money the ED has attached from the corrupt.
BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, Prime Minister Narendra Modi talked with BJP candidate Rajmata Amrita Roy over a telephone call ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections on March 27, Wednesday.
During the conversation, PM Modi discussed Rajmata Amrita Roy's campaign preparedness and motivated her for the upcoming elections. Moreover, he shared that he studied Raja Krishnachandra and his generosity. He also advised her to shun the taunts and accusations of Opposition leaders.

PM Modi further informed Rajmata Amrita Roy that he is looking into legal measures to ensure that the money stolen from the poor in West Bengal is returned to them through whatever properties and money the ED has attached from the corrupt. PM Modi also argued that all corrupt people have joined hands together to save each other as the BJP is committed to eradicating corruption in the country. He further expressed confidence that the people of Bengal would vote for 'Parivartan' in the state.
The BJP released the 5th list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on March 24, Sunday. Rajmata Amrita Roy is set to contest from Krishnanagar, West Bengal. Moreover, the BJP also nominated Sandeshkhali survivor Rekha Patra from Basirhat, West Bengal for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
