Painful: PM Modi Reacts To Ujjain Temple Accident

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Hours after the tragedy, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his grief over the Ujjain Mahakal Temple fire incident and wished for the speedy recovery of injured devotees on March 25, Monday.

Taking it to PMO's X handle, PM Modi stated "The accident that occurred in Ujjain Mahakal Temple is very painful. I wish for the speedy recovery of all devotees injured in the incident. Under the supervision of the state government, the local administration is engaged in every possible help to the victims."

In a major tragedy, a massive fire broke out at Ujjain's Mahakal Temple in the sanctum sanctorum (Garbha Griha) during the 'Bhasma Aarti'. 14 people including priests and devotees suffered injuries in the accident.
