BY A STAFF REPORTER: A two day environment awareness programme has been organised by West Bengal Pollution Control Board at Sahebkhali Nityananda High School in Hingalganj.
Students of 25 schools and colleges have participated in the workshop cum model exhibition. The students have exhibited various models relating to the themes of 'Mission Life'. One of the school, Sanderkhali PCB Institution came up with an innovative model depicting ' Organic Kitchen Garden' which will make us grow fruits and vegetables free from pesticides by using kitchen wastes as fertilizers. To achieve this, people have to use organic products as fertilizers.
