BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a controversial response, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K.P. Maurya on Tuesday refuted the opposition's allegations and stated that the opposition should visit an Ophthalmologist or a psychiatrist for medical attention

Responding to the opposition's allegations of strategically holding the ceremony before the Lok Sabha elections, Maurya dismissed the claims suggesting a defect in the opposition's visual or mental state. Moreover, the deputy CM emphasized that lord Ram belongs to everyone. 

He further expressed pride in the construction and inauguration of the Ram Temple under the leadership of PM Modi and claimed that it is the opposition's illness if they feel ashamed.

The Ram Temple consecration ceremony, which has become a focal point for political discussion, is scheduled on 22nd January in Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh.
