Odisha: AAP Organizes Hunger-Strike Against Kejriwal's Arrest

As the Delhi Court extends Arvind Kejriwal's remand, the AAP workers in Odisha organized a day-long fast to protest the arrest of Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal in Bhubaneswar on March 28, Thursday.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Delhi Court extends Arvind Kejriwal's remand, the AAP workers in Odisha organized a day-long fast to protest the arrest of Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal in Bhubaneshwar on March 28, Thursday.

Moreover, the leaders raised slogans supporting Kejriwal and against PM Modi along with BJP-led Central Government. 

Earlier today, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court extended Arvind Kejriwal's ED remand till April 1 in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. 

Furthermore, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Remanded Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal to ED Custody till March 28 in the Delhi Liquorgate case on March 22, Friday.   The decision came as ED demanded 10-day custody of Kejriwal and submitted 28 pages of evidence alleging his involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. 

The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
