Mamata claims India could have won

Team India lost to Australia in the 2023 World Cup final. India's dream of winning the World Cup this year remained elusive. Meanwhile, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee made a big claim about the outcome of the match. Instead of naming India for India's defeat, he virtually blamed the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. She says, ‘If the ICC Cricket World Cup final match had been played at Eden Gardens stadium or Wankhede stadium (Mumbai), we would have won the match.
