BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections, the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee filed a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer against BJP Nagpur Candidate Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday for allegedly violating the MCC and featuring school children in his election campaign.
In the letter addressed to Maharashtra's CEO, the Maharashtra Congress Committee mentioned that "Despite clear directives from the Election Commission regarding the prohibition of involving children in election-relate activities, BJP and Nitin Gadkari have been using school children for the purpose of their personal campaign."

BJP's Lok Sabha candidate Nitin Gadkari kickstarted his election campaign with a massive rally after filing his nomination from Nagpur on March 27. Moreover, he was accompanied by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde.
