BY A STAFF REPORTER: The PMLA Court on Friday granted ED custody of five days to the former advisor of WBSSC Santi Prasad Sinha in the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Scam on April 5, Friday.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Santi Prasad Sinha in connection with Assistant Teachers Recruitment Scam. He was produced before the PMLA Court in Kolkata which subsequently granted him five-day custody till April 8. The Central Bureau of Investigation arrested Santi Prasad Sinha in August 2022.
