BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent statement, the West Bengal governor CV Ananda Bose on Wednesday revealed that he is holding talks with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee regarding unrest-hit Sandeshkhali.

Furthermore, he stated that he interacted with Mamata Banerjee twice after sending her a letter regarding the Sandeshkhali incident. Moreover, he expressed hope for finding a solution to the issue together with the state government. 

West Bengal governor CV Ananda Bose visited Sandeshkhali on 12th February and expressed sheer concern on witnessing the grievances of the victims in Sandeshkhali. Moreover, he assured to collaborate with the elected state government to tackle the situation.

A village located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Sandeshkali is witnessing significant clashes and violence following allegations of systematic sexual exploitations and land-grabbing committed by TMC leaders, Shahjahan Sheikh, Shibu Hazara and Uttam Sardar. While others have been arrested, Shahjahan Sheikh remains absconding.
