ECI Should Take Action: TMC's Shashi Panja Slams BJP MP Dilip Ghosh

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent statement, West Bengal Minister Shashi Panja slammed BJP MP Dilip Ghosh over his remark against West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and demanded the Election Commission of India's intervention in the matter on March 26, Tuesday. 

Shashi Panja emphasized that they are all daughters of India, and will remain always. She further called Dilip Ghosh a petty person and questioned his credibility and potential to become a public representative. She also accused the BJP of possessing a strategy to weaken and suppress women. She also demanded the intervention of ECI in the matter.

The statement comes after BJP MP Dilip Ghosh on Tuesday took a jibe at West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and remarked that she should identify her own father first.
