BY A STAFF REPORTER: An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale hit Alipurduar district of West Bengal, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NSC). The quake struck at 10:55 pm at a depth of 5 km, the NCS said. However, there were no reports of any casualty or damage caused by the quake.
