Do you know which states will participate in the Republic Day parade in 2024 ?

BY ASTAF REPORTER: Various cultural programs are organized on the occasion of Republic Day on 26th January every year. Contestants from every state participate in this parade. Students of various schools and colleges also participated in this parade.

But do you know which state is going to participate this year? Let's find out. According to sources, as per the list, 16 states and Union Territories have been shortlisted. However, Punjab and Delhi are not in the list.

States including Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh will participate in this year's Republic Day celebrations. Also, Union Territory of Ladakh will be part of this year's parade.

Apart from participating in the parade, 16 states and union territories will display their own tableaus of their states. This tableau display is the most interesting part of the Republic Day program on January 26.
