By A Staff Reporter : State Oposition Leader Suvndu Adhikari approached the Calcutta High Court demanding a CBI probe into the death of a youth who was hit by his  convoy in Chandipur.In the hearing of that case on Wednesday, Justice Rajashekhar Mantha clearly stated,No immediate action can be taken against the CRPF officers in charge of Suvendu's security.Even, the final report of the incident cannot be submitted without the permission of the court.As the court handed over the investigation in the case to the CID, the court said in the interim order that the state can conduct the investigation.The next date of hearing of the case is fixed on June 13.The judge also said that since the case is now pending, there is no need to respond even if the state police sent a notice.
