Congress Releases 9th List of Candidates For Lok Sabha Polls

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections, the Indian National Congress released the 9th list of five candidates from Rajasthan and Karnataka on March 29, Friday.

In Karnataka, the INC fielded E. Thukaram from Bellary seat, Sunil Bose from Chamarajanagar, and Raksha Ramaiah Chikkballapur. In Rajasthan, Congress nominated Damodar Gurjar from Rajsamand and Dr. CP Joshi from Bhilwara.

The Election Commission of India announced the schedule for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on March 16. The election will be held in seven phases beginning on April 19. Moreover, the Model Code of Conduct has come into effect since the announcement and will be imposed till the result declaration.
