Congress Leader Padmaja Venugopal Joins BJP In Delhi

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Congress resignation spree continues, Congress leader Padmaja Venugopal, former Kerala CM K Karunakaran's daughter, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in Delhi on 7th March, Thursday.

Moreover, Padmaja Venugopal served as one of the general secretaries of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee. Padmaja Gopal indicated that she was neglected by Congress leadership. She expressed happiness about joining the BJP. However, Venugopal argued that the Congress high command ignored her complaints. "I have great respect for Sonia Gandhi but she never gave me time." She added.
