72 hours before Panchayat vote, Congress leader killed

Panchayat elections will be held in the WB state on July 8. Meanwhile, a Congress leader died in West Bengal 72 hours before the polls. A Congress leader was allegedly beaten to death in Kulpi. The Congress leader had reportedly campaigned for an independent candidate on Monday. Then he was attacked. The family alleged that he was beaten to death. Meanwhile, the ruling party has been blamed for the incident. The incident took place in south Gazapur. However, there has been no response from the Congress or the TMC so far on the incident.  What about the peples security? The questions has rised.
