Compressed Bio-Gas In 8 UP Districts: UP CM Yogi And Union Min Puri

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath along with the Union Minister of Petroleum Hardeep Singh Puri co-chaired a press conference in Lucknow on 27th January Saturday.

Moreover, CM Yogi Adityanath revealed that a new compressed bio-gas plant is about to be inaugurated in Badaun district. He further stated that compressed bio-gas will be inaugurated in eight districts of Uttar Pradesh. 

Apart from this, the Indian government has established the Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation (SATAT) initiative to set up an atmosphere for the production of CBG.

Compressed biogas is a kind of fuel produced from natural gas or bio-mass sources through the process of anaerobic decomposition. It can be utilized as a green fuel in automotive, industrial, and commercial fields
