BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a bold statement, AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday vehemently criticized the controversial CAA act, terming it as 'anti-constitution' due to its alleged formation based on religion.

Owaisi raised concerns over its implementation and how it could be a grave injustice to India's minorities such as Muslims, Dalits, and especially the economically disadvantaged communities.

Moreover, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen President also encouraged the citizens to closely scrutinize CAA's inferences along with NPR-NRC which will lay down the guidelines to prove that an individual is holding citizenship of India.

The AIMIM President's comments come between the ongoing debates and discussions on the CAA and its righteousness.
