BJP Will Come Into Power In Himachal: HP LoP Jairam Thakur

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Shortly after the announcement of the Lok Sabha Elections schedule, Himachal Pradesh LoP and BJP leader Jairam Thakur on Saturday asserted that BJP will come into power in Himachal Pradesh.

Thakur stated that there will be a change in the government of Himachal Pradesh in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He asserted that BJP will win the by-election and the current Congress government in the state will fall.

Moreover, Congress lost the lone Rajya Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh during Rajya Sabha elections as six of its MLAs cross-voted for BJP, resulting in Harsh Mahajan's victory. 

Furthermore, the Election Commission of India shared the much-awaited schedule for the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. The elections will be held in seven phases, commencing on April 19 and the results will be declared on June 4.
