BJP MP Ajay Nishad Resigns From All Posts And Primary Membership

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The BJP MP from Muzaffarpur, Ajay Nishad tendered his resignation from all posts and primary membership of the party on April 2, Tuesday. 

Taking it to his X handle, Nishad notified BJP National President JP Nadda that he was resigning from the party's primary membership. Nishad further expressed that he is stunned by the BJP's alleged betrayal. Moreover, he will likely join the Congress today. 

Respected @JPNadda ji, shocked by the betrayal of @BJP4India, I resign from all posts and primary membership of the party.

The incumbent Muzaffarpur BJP MP Ajay Nishad was not nominated by the BJP for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. However, Ajay Nishad defeated Raj Bhushan by a significant margin in the 2019 general elections.
