BJP Leader Arrested For Running Prostitution Racket In Howrah

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, BJP leader Sabyasachi Ghosh was arrested on the charges of running a prostitution racket in Howrah, West Bengal on 23rd February, Friday. 

As per reports, a prostitution racket, involving minor girls, was running Sabyasachi Ghosh's hotel in Sankrail, Howrah.

Furthermore, the police arrested 11 more accused and recovered six victims from the area. 

This comes amid ongoing political tensions between All India Trinamool Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party concerning the Sandeshkhali incident. 

A village located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Sandeshkhali is witnessing significant clashes and violence following allegations of systematic sexual exploitations and land-grabbing committed by TMC leaders, Shahjahan Sheikh, Shibu Hazara and Uttam Sardar. While others have been arrested, Shahjahan Sheikh remains absconding.
