By A Staff Reporter : BJP leader Indranil Khan approached the High Court alleging that Mritunjay Barman died in police firing.He drew the attention of the Acting Chief Justice.The BJP leader also demanded an investigation by the Central Investigation Agency into the incident.At the same time, he filed a public interest case in the court.The court also responded to Indranil's application.A Division Bench of the Chief Justice is likely to hear the case next week.
