BY A STAFF REPORTER: Additional Solicitor General SV Raju while representing the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday claimed that Arvind Kejriwal is not cooperating with the Investigation in the Delhi Liquorgate case.
During the court proceedings, ASG SV Raju stated "Arvind Kejriwal's statements have been recorded, and he gave evasive replies. He is deliberately not cooperating with us". He further accused Kejriwal of not revealing the required passwords due to which ED failed to get access to digital data.
Furthermore, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Remanded Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal to ED Custody till March 28 in the Delhi Liquorgate case on March 22, Friday. The decision came as ED demanded 10-day custody of Kejriwal and submitted 28 pages of evidence alleging his involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
